FAMILIA RUDAS

The Rudas family is one of the first families to join the Valleinca coop, playing an important role in the early development of specialty coffee in the area. They are known for their careful attention to their plantations, carrying out regular organic fertilisation and maintaining healthy plant growth through abundant irrigation, a key advantage in this part of the valley.

Their focus on farm management, combined with traditional washed processing and slow, shaded drying, results in coffees that are clean, balanced, and expressive of place, making this Typica a dependable and elegant offering.
